Valet central vacuum systems are machines made by Lindsay Manufacturing which began as a heat exchanger manufacturer in 1956. Changing their name in 1960 to VacuMaid, the company too changed its focus toward the central vacuum. Finding much success throughout the 1960s, 70s and most of the 80s, the company changed their name one final time in 1987. The name was changed to Lindsay Manufacturing, Incorporated, in order to be recognized as what they are; a manufacturing company.
Valet central vacuum systems assist in reducing allergens and other irritants by extracting the problem through a series of tubing hidden in your wall. These irritating substances are carried through the tubing and disposed of in a predetermined location of your home; most commonly, a garage. This allows for the harmful substances to be completely removed from your home as opposed to the recirculation of dust particles in the air.
