I purchased this to replace the handle on the original Honeywell unit that came with my house. Prompt delivery and all necessary parts (o-ring and clips) were included. I also checked-out You Tube video to study-up on "how-to" perform the replacement. Much more economical solution than replacing the entire hose assembly. Very satisfied!

A simple instruction sheet is needed. Removal of the old hose handle assembly needs to be done carefully as to not hurt the hose electrical contacts.

Original handle lasted about 10 years at a 4000 sq ft house. Replacement was a good price and replaced easily.

Prompt delivery and exact replacement for original handle. Easy enough to switch out, but glad I checked out a You Tube video first to make sure I did not bend the electrical contacts in the new handle. A rquick eplacement instruction sheet with the handle would have been nice. Thanks!

Q & A

Customers Questions and Answers
Question:I can't get the old hose to detach from the damage handle...what's the trick? - brannon (12/31/2016)
Answer:There are 2 screws under the space to store the dusting brush. Remove those and push on the two tabs on the side of the handle to remove it from the hose.
Question:The power on my hose just stopped working... Don't know if I need a whole new hose or just a handle... What are your thoughts... - mollie (09/12/2015)
Answer:The only way to test would be to use an electrical meter to determine the cause of the problem.
Question:Is this a complete handle with all the wire and contacts and switch - Joseph (02/02/2015)
Answer:Yes, this is the complete handle with the wires, contacts and switch.
Question:I have a Beam Q Power Team. The handle on the hose will no longer turn on the power head. This is the second time this has happened, the first was covered under warranty. Is this a common problem? Is the only fix to replace the entire hose handle assembly? Does this come with instructions o how to replace it? It's not obvious how this handle comes off. Thanks, George - (09/09/2014)
Answer:This is not that common of a problem. The only way to replace any component of the handle is to replace the handle assembly. You will want to remove the two slots near the back of the handle with a utility knife and also remove the bottom tool caddy to replace the handle.
