The TriFlex is named for its versatile, three-in-one design that allows this one machine to assemble into a handheld vacuum and two different stick vacuums. This is Miele’s first foray into cordless stick vacuums, and we’re excited to see where they take the concept
What makes a Miele?
The Miele TriFlex is set to continue the Miele traditions of reliability and longevity, but there are many features we’re extremely excited for with the Miele TriFlex.
Powerful lithium-ion battery
Miele machines pack a lot of power, and the TriFlex is no exception. The TriFlex is fitted with a high-performance battery from Varta, Germany’s premium lithium-ion battery manufacturer. The secret with cordless vacuums is figuring out how to get significant power into their smaller, lightweight frames, and the TriFlex looks set to deliver. The Miele TriFlex HX-1 will be able to clean for up to 120 minutes thanks to the high-powered batteries and the ease with which you can switch to a spare power source.
Automatic adjustments
The TriFlex HX-1 automatically adjusts to the floor around it thanks to the intelligent brushroll. The Multi-Floor XXL Intelligent Electrobrush delivers perfect results no matter what floor it’s on. Power output is automatically changed depending on the type of surface the electrobrush detects.
Three stage filtration
The dust bin is the TriFlex’s first line of filtration, capturing coarse particles, but finer debris is then double filtered by the fine dust filter and the integrated Hygiene Lifetime Filter. An additional layer of filtration, a HEPA Lifetime Filter is available on several TriFlex models.
Easy storage
The Miele TriFlex HX-1 has been built for convenience as well as power. This lightweight, compact machine can be easily stored standing upright or suspended from a wall bracket. The battery can be charged separately from both the vacuum and the wall bracket, if desired.
There are five Miele TriFlex models coming out this year, each one equally reliable. All deliver the same core vacuum, but some of the models have some extra features that may be worth the upgrade.
The Standard TriFlex HX-1 41MUL013 (Graphite Grey)
The Standard TriFlex HX-1 introduces Miele’s sleekly designed PowerUnit, which consists of a motor assembly, a rechargeable battery and a dustbin. All TriFlex models come with this same core, which can be reassembled quickly into different configurations, including a handheld mode, so you can clean each room from top to bottom with just one powerful machine.
The Standard TriFlex HX-1 41MUL001 (Brilliant White)
A second version of the Standard TriFlex offers a brilliant white color. The changes between this and the Grey Standard TriFlex are purely cosmetic. Just like it’s grey counterpart, the White Standard TriFlex features Vortex Technology to bring even more power to the vacuum’s design as well as a Multi-Floor XXL Intelligent Electrobrush.
The Homecare TriFlex HX-1 41MUL018 (Ruby Red)
Jumping off from the Standard editions are three deluxe versions of the TriFlex HX-1, starting with the Homecare.

The Cat & Dog TriFlex HX-1 41MML030
Have a brigade of fuzzy friends? The Cat & Dog TriFlex comes with an electric handheld turbo mode to rescue you from hair, dander and dirt.
The Cat & Dog also employs a HEPA lifetime filter that captures even the finest allergens. HEPA filtration is capable of filtering particles as small as .3 microns in size and is a great addition to homes where occupants suffer from respiratory illnesses.
The Cat & Dog TriFlex HX-1 also offers a headlight over the Electrobrush to increase visibility while cleaning.

Another noteworthy feature of the TriFlex Pro is its second battery. All TriFlex models feature rechargeable batteries that last for up to two hours, but the Pro Model doubles that time with its additional battery.
Like the Cat & Dog TriFlex model, the Pro Model also utilizes HEPA filtration to keep even the smaller dust particles from being expelled into the breathing air. The headlight available with the Cat & Dog model is available on the Pro, as well.
