What is Meltblown Material?

Meltblown is the most efficient way to make a highly efficient media filter. The raw material used in this process is a thermo-plastic synthetic material. This material is melted and moved through a large number number of tiny nozzles. Once the filaments leave the tiny nozzles, they are blow by hot air in the same direction to create an endless fibers.
