The above models come with a seven year warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. Only the original purchaser and members of the household can claim this warranty. It does not cover the following items: disposable dust bags, fans, filters, belts, light bulbs, brushroll bristles, and motor impellers. Moreover, all warranty claims must fall under normal household use. Electrolux does not honor the 2 year limited warranty if a defect was sustained because of gross negligence or abuse. No refunds are allowed.
