Use this helpful guide to assist you with repair a broken latch on your Electrolux Epic style wand. This quick and simple repair just two tools, a box cutter and a small Phillips head screw driver.
Step 1:
Use the box cutter to remove the three plastic covers hiding the screws on the top of the wand.

Step 2:
Remove the three screws from the wand to separate the top cover of the wand.

Step 3:
Remove the broken wand latch from the wand. Be sure to retain the small spring located underneath the latch as that will be reused with the new latch.

Step 4: Reuse the spring from the broken latch and seat the new latch into position. Once installed reverse the steps to put the wand back together.
