How to Request Service

If the covered main motor becomes defective during the warranty term, notify the dealer or an authorized service contractor. They will contact Associated Service Corporation to request an authorization number before the replacement process begins.

Important Coverage Details

This certificate applies to the covered vacuum-cleaner main motor only. It does not cover diagnosis, labor to remove or install components, pickup or delivery charges, freight, or other vacuum parts. It is not a service contract or a warranty covering the entire vacuum cleaner.

Coverage excludes damage or failure caused by fire, lightning, accidents, improper handling or operation, abuse, misuse, neglect, moving damage, rust, corrosion, or commercial or industrial use. Review the warranty certificate for complete terms and limitations.
