To install the dryer, select a dedicated circuit breaker and turn off the power. Select a wall location height from the floor to the bottom of the dryer according to recommendations. Forty-five inches for men, 43 inches for women, 41 inches for teens, 35 inches for children, and 37 inches for disabled customers. Be sure there is no obstruction between the floor and the dryer. If the dryer is placed over a countertop, ensure that the dryer is no less than 16 inches above the counter. Do not install the dryer over a washbasin.

Mark the wall at the appropriate mounting height, and hold the supplied template against the bare wall. Make sure that the line of the template representing the bottom of the dryer is horizontal, and mark the location of screws. Use the supplied hex wrench against the bare wall, ensuring that the line of the template representing the bottom of the dryer is horizontal. Mark the location of screws.

If the electrical wiring entry is made from the rear, remove the pre-formed knock-out from the base plate. Be sure to match the brown (neutral), blue (power), and yellow (ground) wires connecting directly to a gang box. Insert the supplied rubber bushings into the rear corners of the backplate if desired to keep the dryer from contacting the wall.

Attach the base plate to the wall at the four points previously marked using the installation map and attach the cover to the base plate (pushing the bottom in first) and replace the screws that were previously removed from the cover using the hex wrench. Restore power and test the dryer for proper operation.
