I like what I purchased. The cord to the power head that I had would not plug in so I had modify the cord a bit to make it work. But that was my fault because I didn't listen to Sean the customer service person's advice.

Would have worked well and rated 5 star -IF- we had known,prior to purchase that it will only work with certain model Beam Rugmaster's - instead of the answer below the hose which states: "Answer:Yes, this hose is compatible with your Beam Rugmaster." Now after call to evacuumstore we have to order an additional part the -- Beam Rugmaster Fuse Plug SKU: LUX-170106 and then wait for its shipment and delivery before we can utilize the hose and Rugmaster together! It seems that it should be noted under the hose description that the hose has two female fittings and if your Rugmaster has three male fittings than you will need the "Fuse Plug".
