The EDIC Galaxy Pro PTAC Extractor Kit comes with the Galaxy Pro 17 gallon extractor with a pump that sprays 220 pounds per square inch (psi), along with a 3-stage vacuum and hose management kit. This extractor kit is heat-ready, with a vacuum hose of 25 feet and a solution hose that’s 35 feet long.
The detachable electrical cord for this extractor kit is 50 feet long, providing optimal reach, and the Galaxy Pro also comes with a two-foot spray wand. It has a sink fill adapter and lockable front wheels to enable you to keep the extractor stable as you work. The recovery tank is 15 gallons, while the solution tank is 17, so be careful not to overfill the tank. This polyethylene-constructed kit provides 138 inches of water lift, making it ideal for any extraction job.
This extractor kit is 95 pounds, but it comes with 10-inch non-marking rear wheels, so you won’t feel all that weight as you operate the machine. It also has four-inch front casters, allowing you to maneuver the tank around. The electrical draw for this extractor is 14.1 amperes. This product comes with a warranty for five years on parts and labor.
This extractor kit can be used in conjunction with the PTAC Cleaning Cradle (available for separate purchase) if you wish to do so. Because it’s heat-ready, you can easily add our Heat N’Run external heater to the machine. Using hot water while extracting the carpet will dramatically increase your productivity and reduce the overall cost for cleaning - a feature which is highly recommended when extracting heavily soiled carpet.
