I don't know if I'd say there was anything wrong with this item or the power handle being that I replaced the old one with these & it still doesn't work. I sent back the handle but haven't been refunded yet which it cost me more to send it back then what I paid for $33.00. The same goes for this item. I haven't sent back this part yet because the shipping cost is over $36.00. Which the guy that answers the phone for your company is not very helpful he's rather dry. But I need to send this part back as well. But because I'm on a fixed income now I can't send it back until May
