The EbacUSA CS60 Commercial Dehumidifier, part 11264CS-US, combines an adjustable internal humidistat, rotary compressor and external condensate connection in a compact standalone unit. Set the desired humidity level and the CS60 automatically switches on and off as needed to maintain it. Ebac publishes a typical extraction rating of 56 pints per day; actual moisture removal depends on temperature and humidity.

The CS60 is designed for humidity control in offices, laboratories, storage areas, restaurants, bars, museums, locker rooms, computer rooms, telecommunications rooms and basements. Its compact format also makes it an option for crawl spaces and installations where access is limited. Confirm both access dimensions and operating clearances before positioning the unit.

For spaces where damp conditions return as temperatures change, automatic humidistat control provides ongoing moisture management without repeated manual switching. Size the unit for the actual moisture load and site conditions rather than relying on room volume alone.

Performance and Construction

A fan draws moist air over the cold evaporator coil, where water condenses and collects in the condensate tray. The air then passes over the condenser and returns to the space warmer and drier. The external drain point allows hose attachment for removing collected condensate.

The CS60 uses temperature-sensitive hot-gas defrost to melt frost buildup during low-temperature operation. Ebac lists an operating range of 33°F to 95°F. Its pre-wired internal humidistat, fitted mains plug and extra-long power cord simplify setup, while collapsible carrying handles help with positioning.
