I have had this for two weeks and so far it is fine. It is tight getting it into the wall outlet and into the powered wand. For the power head, I have to shove it into the wand to get a good enough connection that it turns on the vacuum suction. I will keep it another week to see if it continues to give me trouble, and then consider returning/exchanging it. The powerhead is quiet and does a good job cleaning rugs.
