Electrolux Harmony Turbo Floor Tool Generic

Decided to get the generic floor tool because it was cheaper and happy I did. It fits the EL6985 and works great.

Not only was this floor tool less than one third of the cost of replacing it with another Electrolux part but it works extremely well! I was very happy with my decision to purchase it. I will use it as a back up for the original which broke in less than 6 months of purchase. Electrolux did replace the tool since it was under warranty but it took about 2 weeks to receive it. The placement part from evacuum store arrived in less than a week & probably would have come earlier except for the bad winter storm that hit the east coast in Mid January.

While it looks a little different from the original, it works GREAT and a LOT less expensive then the "original" manufacturers replacement by 2/3rds!!

Better than the original at 1/4 the price.Smaller unit fits in places easier and better suction.
