ordered three parts for my Kenmore Powerhead vacuum. All arrived on time, were exactly as shown on the website and the price was very reasonable. Great company to do business with.

The product works. I was a little disappointed. The picture shows the grooved metal area where the serpentine belt locks onto the roller and drives it with the increased surface contact area and preventing lateral slippage of the belt. The part I received was solid wood. Since the belt is grooved, not even its full width is in contact with the brush cylinder. We'll see about slippage when there is any resistance to the free rolling of the brush. It seems to work fine under normal conditions. Hey, at least I have a working vacuum now, so thanks for that. It was easy to reassemble and everything fit perfectly if you are reasonably handy. Of course if you are even considering buying a part instead of a whole new vacuum, you're already there anyway.
