I replaced the duct tape on the handle when I received this little gadget. The Oreck company suggested I replace the entire handle assembly for $$$$$$$$. Just by chance, I found this brace; and I'm so glad I did! Works great and the handle is now sturdy enough for my spouse to use the vacuum!!!!!!!
