Atrix Express VACEXP-04 Safety HEPA Vacuum

This HEPA vacuum is a safe option for cleaning static-sensitive equipment, including wind turbines, electronics, computers, copiers, printers, pharmaceuticals, data centers, ATMs, robotics, and hazardous particulates.

It only weighs four pounds, making it portable and lightweight. The 500-watt motor has huge cleaning power and produces 79 CFM. It’s electrostatic discharge (ESD) safe and includes a built-in electronic line filter to minimize EMI/RFI noise emissions.

It has a one-quart containment HEPA filter cartridge, and the filter is 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns. The filter has 3 layers of 56 pleat media: two glass layers and one cellulose layer. It captures everything from dust and debris to hazardous particulate matter.

With your Atrix Express HEPA vacuum, you’ll also receive a ten-foot 120-volt detachable power cord, a crevice tool brush, and several ESD-safe tools, including a round brush, crevice tool, flexible gooseneck tool, and stretch hose. Also included are the immediate containment HEPA filter cartridge and door plug.

To change the filter, unplug the vacuum from the power source and set it upright, resting on the back of the machine with the inlet door facing you. With your thumb and forefinger, pull out the curved side tabs of the inlet door until they’re free from the latching area of the body of the vacuum.

Pull the cover toward you. The cover will separate from the vacuum body and the cartridge filter or bag and shell filter can be changed. To replace the cartridge filter, install a new cartridge with the pleated paper end toward the motor. Note: the inlet hole in front of the canister filter is slightly off-center. It should be installed with the label facing the top of the vacuum.

To replace the bag filter, insert a new bag into the shell filter. Replace the shell filter once the inside of the shell filter is covered with debris. Insert the shell filter with the label facing up. Replace the door, aligning the top and then the bottom carefully. Press down firmly and evenly on the side tabs, pushing past the second notch. Dispose of the filter cartridge.
