Frequently asked questions
Do all Shark Navigator vacuums use the same parts?
No. Hoses, filters and brushrolls change between models. For example, the NV350–NV352 use a different nozzle hose than the NV355–NV357. Always match your exact model number before ordering.
How often should I clean or replace Shark Navigator filters?
Shark's owner manuals recommend rinsing the foam and felt pre-motor filters at least once a month and the HEPA filter at least once a year. Let them air-dry fully before reinstalling. Replace a filter when it is torn, stays discolored after rinsing, or suction stays weak after cleaning.
Why is my Shark Navigator losing suction?
The most common causes are a clogged hose, dirty filters, a full dust cup or hair wrapped around the brushroll. Check the hose and nozzle for blockages, empty the dust cup and rinse the filters. If suction is still weak, the hose may be cracked or a filter may need replacing.
Are these genuine Shark parts?
Most are genuine Shark parts. Items labeled "Generic" or "Clean Obsessed" in the title are compatible aftermarket replacements built to fit the listed models.
