I got this vacuum cleaner and nozzle because it's supposed to be great for pet hair on carpets and upholstery. I have 3 cats -- lots of hair! It does a pretty good job of picking it up -- definitely better than the flat floor brush. But the hair gets tangled in it and causes the nozzle to fail. I had to get a replacement nozzle when my first one broke after only a few months.
