Miele SES121 Electric Vacuum Hose

I needed a new vacuum hose for my Miele vacuum cleaner. The website made it easy to find the right one and got here fast. It was also the best price I could find anywhere.

After a disaster in the kitchen wherein a quart of hot cooking oil was knocked off the stove, landing on the miele vacuum's hose - I had to buy a replacement hose and handle for my beloved Miele "top of the line" Brilliant model vacuum cleaner. This was the hose - and I paid about $2 more than the price listed here because I ordered mine direct from Miele parts. I didn't know this site existed when I had to replace the melted and distorted hose. BTW: the oil was at about 350 degrees at the time of the incident. While the hose is tough, nothing plastic is going to stand up to hot oil in quantity like the mess we had. Anyway the new hose had all the right buttons and switches and LED indicator lights in the same places as the original. Excellent products... but then that's Miele's forte' isn't it? BTW: the previous Miele I replaced a year ago had been with us since 1995 and was still going strong when I gave it to our daughter and "had" to buy the new one! From 1995 to 2017 is 22 years and still runs and cleans great. No small feat for any appliance - and almost unheard of for a vacuum today. But for Miele these stories are the rule, and not the exception.
