I am so happy with my new vacuum, best part was the price. It cleaned my rugs so clean and left no odor afterwards. I have sensitive hearing and this is so quiet. I will see how long it runs before it my need servicing and I will hope the lifelong warranty will still be valid.

My old Sears Kenmore died after 12 years and I searched on line stores and then came across your website. My goodness, I have never seen so many brands. After careful consideration, I chose the Vento vacuum. I was impressed that it has a lifetime warranty which most vacuums do not have, the extra tools for cleaning. I love the telescopic handles for both vacuum attachment and floor attachments. It is a little stiff to adjust the floor settings, to unattach the vacuum wand to floor wand but hopefully over time it will loosen up, the hose is stiff but again once it is used several times it will also be a little more flexible. It is a heavy canister but I won't complain because I know it is made well. I hope this vacuum lasts as long as my Kenmore. Also, the price was great and I could make 3 payments on it which helps with my income. Thank you so much. Alicia--Illinois
