A new Beam central vacuum system can be installed in your new or existing home in no time, without any mess or walls to repair.  If you are building a new house, you will want to rough in your central vacuum piping after the plumber and electrician have completed their rough.  You must also complete the rough installation before insulation and sheet rock.  After the sheet rock has been painted, you will want to finish installing the inlet covers and hang and test the power unit.  Nearly 100% of all existing homes can be fitted for central vacuum systems. This is commonly done through a chase, through the attic, or running the pipe in a closet on top of a closet.
