The hose still does not fit the wall socket even though I explained the size to your representative

The hose still does not fit the wall socket even though I explained the size to your representative. . I’m going to find something to make an adapter for it as it cost me over $30 to mail it back to you. The handle end fits. The socket but not the end with the black plastic on it.
