The Airpura S400 Super Gas VOC and Particle Air Purifier combines an 8-pound enhanced carbon blend with H13 HEPA filtration to help reduce airborne chemicals, odors and fine particles. Its compact, powder-coated steel housing fits into home and office spaces, with three fan speeds for adjustable operation.
Targeted Filtration for Chemicals and Odors
The proprietary activated and enhanced Super Gas carbon blend uses powerful oxidizers to target a wide range of chemicals, including formaldehyde and VOCs associated with household products, renovation materials, pressed wood products and pesticides. The supplied performance information lists 99% formaldehyde removal; test conditions were not provided, so this figure should not be interpreted as a guaranteed reduction in every room. Specially blended carbon options are available for specific chemical concerns; confirm the appropriate blend before ordering.
