The Beam SC200 central vacuum unit offers excellent performance for condos, townhouses and starter homes under 3,000 square feet in size. This vacuum offers all of the suction power and filtration performance of Beam's larger units in a condensed version perfect for a smaller sized home. The SC200 is also perfect for stand alone applications such as a VacPan, Drawer Vac or Wally-Flex, but also has the power to cover an entire home.
The Beam Builder series central vacuum features seal suction with 110 inches of waterlift. The 13.4 amp, 1-stage flow through motor offers 500 air watts of power with 120 CFM of suction. If you have allergies or asthma, this power unit will be extremely beneficial due to it's permanent, self-cleaning Gore filter that removes unwanted allergens from your home. The Beam SC200 series is covered under a 3 year warranty and offers a 4-gallon dirt receptacle for infrequent emptying.

The Classic II Power Team contains: 1 3/8" Soft Touch Total Control full swivel electric hose, electric Classic II power brush, set of plastic wands wall & bare floor brush crevice tool upholstery nozzle with brush, a round dusting brush, a hose rack and a snap-on 3-tool caddy. The full swivel hose with cord management provides an on/off switch to operate both the electric powerbrush and the power unit plus the handle rotates a complete 360 to clean floors walls ceilings and corners without twisting or kinking the hose. 050797 Hose and 045398 Classic II Powerbrush.

 The Builder's package includes a deluxe VacPan that can be easily installed for added convenience. The Vac pan can be mounted into the base board of a cabinet and brings swept in dirt to the dust receptacle. This is a great feature for homeowners who have children or pets.

The package also includes 120 feet of Schedule 20 PVC pipe for your installation. If more PVC pipe is needed, it can be purchased separately on the site. And, as an added bonus, this package also includes a Free Garage Kit that can be used to clean the car in the garage. This kit includes a 30 foot hose, wall mount, crevice tool, upholstery nozzle and dusting brush that are great for car cleaning.
