The Beam Serenity Plus 3500C central vacuum power unit is the most powerful central vacuum system available today. Featuring two 240-volt, 2-stage motors that produce the kind of cleaning power needed for any floor plan including the largest homes, this central vacuum is perfect for large scale homes and even some commercial settings. The Serenity Plus offers the most powerful suction possible with 211 CFM of airflow and 1,000 air watts of power.
No matter how large your home is, the 3500c will be right for you. The 7-gallon semi-translucent dirt bucket is made with anti-microbial plastic to keep dust and dirt in its place. This system is also great for users with allergies and asthma due to its permanent, self-cleaning CleanStream filtration system. The 3500C ships for free and is covered under a 7 year warranty.
The Beam Q power team accessory kit includes a high quality electric powerbrush and a lightweight, 30 foot crushproof electric hose. This accessory package also includes the ergonomic Beam Ultra handle and on-board tools like the dusting brush and crevice tool that attach to the handle. Also included is an additional upholstery brush and 14" floor brush.
In addition to the power unit and accessory kit, the Builder's Package also includes everything you need to perform your installation.

The Builder's package includes a deluxe vac pan that can be easily installed for added convenience.
The Vac pan can be mounted into the base board of a cabinet and brings swept in dirt to the dust receptacle. This is a great feature for homeowners who have children or pets.
The package also includes 120 feet of Schedule 20 PVC pipe for installation. If more PVC pipe is needed, it can be purchased separately on the site. And, as an added bonus, this package also includes a FREE GARAGE KIT that can be used to clean the car in the garage. This kit includes a 30 foot hose, wall mount, crevice tool, upholstery nozzle and dusting brush that are great for car cleaning.
