Bissell 1548 Dirty Tank Bottom Ring

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. First, they didn’t notify me that the item I purchased was out of stock until I reached out myself to ask when it would be shipped. Only then did they tell me it wasn’t available.
I replied to that email asking how I was even able to purchase an item that was out of stock and when it would actually ship, but I never received a response. Because of the lack of communication, I made other arrangements and purchased the part elsewhere.
Then, about a week and a half later, I suddenly received an email saying the item had been shipped—still with no response to my original questions. When the package finally arrived, it wasn’t even the correct item.
I contacted customer service again to explain the issue. They responded once and then never replied again. No apology, no explanation for how I was able to order something that wasn’t in stock, and no effort to resolve the fact that the wrong item was sent.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
