I'm so happy that this product fit my carpet cleaner and at a good price! It ended up being on back order so it took awhile to get, and when I bought it it didn't state that they were out of stock, and no one ever reached out to me to let me know, so I'm eventually contacted them since it was taking so long to arrive and that's when I found out it was on back order. A few days later they shipped out and maintained good communication.
