Poor packaging for shipping

The part itself was great and worked perfectly. My issue is with the shipping. The item was thrown in a larger box with absolutely to packaging paper or bubble wrap, justbouncing around in a huge box. When the box arrive it was pretty beat up I was shocked the item was not damaged.
