Took over 6 months to get the correct hose

Took over 6 months to get the correct hose. I entered the model # on my previous order, sent the wrong hose and I had to pay for return shipping and only received a partial refund on the original purchase. Customer service is absolutely horrible.Stay away from you.Vacuum store if at all possible
