The Bissell air purifier brings form and function into perfect harmony with its powerful indoor air purification and sleek, simplistic design. This machine utilizes three layers of filtration, including a HEPA air filter, pre-filter and activated carbon filter. The activated carbon filter captures home and pet odors, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), while the other filters capture hair, dust, pollen, and dander. The three-stage filtration system captures over 99.97% of 0.3 micron (or larger) particulate matter.

This machine has a soft-touch dial that allows you to control fan speed and power. The whisper-quiet fan speed option and automated dimming make it ideal for bedrooms. This machine is well-equipped to handle any other room in the home as well, having been tested to Association of Home Appliance Manufacturer standards to have a Smoke Clean Air Delivery Rate of 172 for rooms up to 266 feet. With the automated CirQulate System, you will be continually updated on your home’s indoor air quality. Once the indoor air quality is monitored, the CirQulate System will automatically adjust to the appropriate fan speed in order to maintain a healthy air quality in your home. This air purifier has convenient front-panel filter access and discreet cord wrap in the back of the machine, along with intuitive controls.

To begin using the air220, press the power button to turn the machine on. Allow the 220 to calibrate for 30 minutes after powering it on to ensure accurate indoor air quality readings. Twist the dial clockwise to increase fan speed and counterclockwise to decrease the fan speed.
