The Broan 120 Pint Dehumidifier can integrate into the heating and cooling system to provide exceptional indoor air quality. This dehumidifier provides MERV 13 filtration along with humidity control for up to 3,000 square feet of your home.

You can install the discharge duct in a vertical or horizontal orientation, enabling you to do what works best for your home setup. It can also come with a fresh air inlet, which gives you the opportunity to duct fresh outdoor air to the unit.

You can control humidity levels via the DEH 3000 digital controller mounted in the interior space, or a DEH 3000R digital controller with a remote sensor which is mounted in the interior space where you desire to control the humidity levels. Both are available for separate purchases.

As the name suggests, this device can remove 120 pints of moisture per day from the air, making it a superb choice for medium to large-sized homes. If you’d like an energy-efficient solution to your indoor humidity problems, look no further than this Broan Dehumidifier.

Only install the dehumidifier indoors, in an area protected from rain and flooding. Make sure there’s enough space to access one of the side panels for maintenance/service. Avoid directing the air at people - use it in the upright position.

If the dehumidifier is installed near a water source, ensure that it won’t fall into the water or get splashed. Don’t place the dehumidifier on structural building members without vibration absorbers, or unwanted noise may result.

A drain with a float switch MUST be put under the dehumidifier if it’s installed above a living area or above an area where water leakage could cause damage.
