Well… I am shocked at reviews here. I am about to buy my third! I love this system and find it the very best mop for all floors!

This mop seemed to have all features I wanted but after the fist use of the mop, I am looking to return it and get my $65.00 back. The mop head will not come off of the handle and the handle attachment is trying to break as I try to get the mop head to pop off so I can wash it. The plastic inside the circle of mop head scratches the floor. The only way to be able to spin the mop though is to have the plastic hub to attach to the wringing spinner mechanism. You have to keep the mop head totally flat to the floor or else it will slip and twist the mop to its side and scratch the floor with the metal ring. Way too much trouble to use as a mop. The only good thing is the spinning action really does a good job of removing the water from the mop but it is not worth it if it scratches my floors or if you can not get the mop head removed to wash without breaking the mop at the attachment.

I don't like this mop at all. It's too hard to use you have to have it exactly straight to put it in the spinner for the water and then the dryer and the handle keeps coming unTwisted it's the worst mop I've ever used.
