Ordered bin base to replace an older one that broke. Great replacement base sent and easy to install - helped me not have to get new vacuum. Great communication from evacuumstore through the whole process. Thank you.

Broken hinge on our original base assembly. This part is more than a bit scary to wrestle into the bin attach points (so, only 4 stars), but I was able to get it in place without anything breaking. Now vacuum is good as new!
