Dyson DC41 Cyclone Assembly

Aside from the motor, the cyclone assembly might be the most important component on any given Dyson vacuum cleaner. The cyclone effectively separates and filters out dirt and debris from the incoming airflow (created by the motor), and allows it to collect in the DC41 dust bin assembly for easy emptying. Additionally, it features a sturdy plastic handle, which makes removal incredibly easy.

If you notice a sudden or gradual dip in suction power, you'll want to examine the cyclone assembly for any hair or dander that may be obstructing airflow.
