The original hose was a strong fabric product. This one is a vinyl type. Not as strong but give the age of the vacuum and the moderate cost of the replacement, I give it 4 stars

Fits my 2100 Electrolux perfectly. With my new power nozzle I have an on/ off at my fingertips. My ancient vac is better than ever! Glitch when attaching nozzle to wand that was corrected by the support team! Contact them by email! The phone number is frustrating.
