This power cord plugs into the back of the bulk head and has two female contacts. This power cord will fit the Discovery, Discovery Advantage and the Regency model. This is a heavy-duty upright power cord, and replacing an old, broken cord is a simple task. Use this in conjunction with the Electrolux Discovery 2 Handle Assembly.

Our 1993 Discovery 2 upright model is still running strong. Excellent motor and suction. The cord frayed where it wraps around the top spooling, but we ordered this new cord. It did not attach correctly until I called support and Bob explained that it will fit if pressure is applied. We did what he suggested and have a brand new vac again!! Great service!!!
