wand is different color than the one pictured. much lighter in color. but fits and works perfectly.

Wand is fine, different color than original, but that's no problem. I'm very pleased with customer service. The first wand they sent me didn't latch on securely to the one I have. I called, explained and sent an e-photo of what I thought to be the problem, and they sent a replacement. Also sent prepaid Fedex postage to return the first one. Thank you.

I bought these to replace the ones on my 1997 Electrolux Epic which weren't making the electric connection for the power head properly anymore and was concerned that they wouldn't be the same grade/weight as the old ones but they were exactly like the old ones and worked beautifully!

Excellent!! Exactly what I needed to replace old broken wands. The Evacuumstore experience was excellent and I found just what I needed at a fair price. Wife says she thinks the vacuum is working better!
