I recently ordered a replacement wand for my Electrolux vacuum

I recently ordered a replacement wand for my Electrolux vacuum. The wand was defective. I received a email from Fedex containing a return shipping label. No attempt was made by evacuum rep to solve the problem or to replace the wand with one that works. Highly disappointed!!
