Both small wheels of my Ergorapido lost their rubber. I tried to have it replaced via Electrolux service as it was still under warranty. This was a nightmare and the problem was never addressed. I found them online for cheap, delivery was fast, replacing them a piece of cake, and now my vacuum rolls as smooth as new! Perfect purchase!
