Except for the color, the power nozzle is an exact duplicate of what we originally had. It works very well and we are very happy with it The wand that connects the power nozzle to the vacuum hose is a very tight fit and difficult to remove from the hose. We ended up using the wand we originally had. This probably not a problem for most people - it's just we are a bit past our prime and we had a hard time with it
