Electrolux Harmony El6985B Turbo Nozzle

This was the exact same as the generic attachment but I paid $10.00 more. I reached out to customer support with picture attached of the old one I recently purchased and the newest one. No difference between the two of them except the price. I thought I was getting a genuine part since the first one I purchased was a very tight fit which cracked on my second use. The response I got was there are no genuine parts so what is the difference between the first and second ones I purchased. If you search for Electrolux harmony on your first page of your website both the generic and the more expensive turbo attachments are shown, so I assumed I was getting a genuine part for the additional $10.00.

My old turbo nozzle died, and I ordered a new one. It arrived quickly, however it is considerably smaller than my old one, and it doesn’t fit as well, either. The connection isn’t as secure. I thought I would be getting the same part. That said, it does work, and I can once again use the beater bar. The bottom line - it’s better than nothing, but I wish it was the same as the original.

It works great- Just like its suppose too.
