I'm glad to have this piece. It works well. I'm not sure why it's so expensive everywhere. Delivery was good.

Not exactly an genuine part as it differs from the original. Brush bristles are not as dense and stops spinning turbo action somewhat easily on carpet.

Higher cost than I expected but aligned with those of the rest of the market. I would have appreciated some documentation as to how to disassemble the unit in order to free a clogged brush-roller, which was the reason I had to buy this replacement in the first place. Service and delivery were quite good.
