I ordered a white hose and received gray. The hose itself I would rate a 5. I kept the gray as I could not wait for another hose.

We had to get an exchange b/c the first one stopped working for no apparent reason. This one seems fine, and return for exchange was easy and the customer service reps were easily reached by phone and knowledgeable about order status and the product itself.
