Electrolux Oxygen 14 Inch Floor Brush 6900 Series

I called evacuum looking for a bare floor attachment for my vacuum and provided the make/model and measurement. They advised me to purchase this one. I received it quickly, it was too small. They said manufacturing errors had caused a number of recent similar complaints. They sent a replacement, still too small. They said they hadn't all been sorted out. The third arrived, still too small. They said they would get back to me. I received an email saying that I was to send them all three back and receive a refund. When I called to clarify the email and ask which attachment I should purchase they told me they were not sending a replacement and there was no attachment that could fit my vacuum...it's a Eureka. I'm pretty sure it's a somewhat common vacuum to fit. Very strange overall experience and a waste of time.

Works well, low-cost after-market alternative to overpriced Electrolux factory parts. Wider than most floor attachments, gathers in floor dirt well despite width. Hoover-style attachment, which I like better than the factory supplied Electrolux attachments. Fits my Electrolux Ultrasilencer well without needing an adapter.
