This store is awesome! I received the part within about a week. I'm not real handy with mechanical/electrical tasks, but with the video, I watched a part of it, then paused it, did what they showed, then watched the next step, etc. and within an hour and half, I was vacuuming again! AND I SAVED A TON OF MONEY BY DOING IT MYSELF.

While finding the location to order the correct part was a bit tricky, the order arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to replace the elbow by following the video steps provided. Cutting the wires was no big deal, although I can see how it freaked some people out at first. Thanks for the fast service and video help. While not looking forward to the next repair, I'm looking forward to the next repair! Thanks!!

I ordered from this website because they made an accompanying instruction video. For someone new to vacuum repair, I can save you some aggravation. I cut the electrical wire of the existing coupling close to the power head, away from the coupling. This left me just enough wire to solder the new coupling wire to the old wiring of the power head. I have a very neat installation, but it took longer than needed. If I had to do it again, I would cut the wire from the old coupling giving me plenty of wire to work with and just tuck in the wires as the video shows. Very happy with the product.
