Electrolux Oxygen Ultra EL7024A Telescopic Wand Assembly

I purchased this vacuum in 2008 it has had a great deal of use and is still a work horse. It just last week had it's first problem I am sure it will be easy to find out the problem and fix it myself if not what ever the cost the machine is worth it. My backup is a much older Electrolux long canister and it still works great too.
