Electrolux PN6 PN7 Power Nozzle Cord

This product would have been a 5, but the fact it did not come with end connectors I could plug onto the motor and switch were a serious shortcoming. I could not remove the connectors from the old part and had to use wire nuts to connect the new wires to short stubs cut from the old wires. Not the best approach. The replacement part should come complete with connectors.

This worked great! I originally replaced the sheath cord but that didn't fix the problem of my power nozzle not turning on. I was concerned about this cord fitting after reading a review stating that the insulation needs to be stripped. However, while the insulation around the wires is much longer than the original cord, I didn't have a problem getting it to fit and did not need to modify it in any way.

Works great after some tuning. Would have liked a video like for the Sheath Cord it attaches to showing replacement. The molded custom fitting for the Power Nozzle fitted correctly, but the cord for inside the Nozzle had insulation for about 4 inches after the fitting. This needs to be removed or the two wires will not reach their terminals. Easy enough to strip the outside insulation off the two power wires, but should not have been necessary. Would have taken away a star for this except being able to get a custom part at a good price delivered quickly that works perfectly was very nice.
