They just don't make stuff like they used to. This is my second replacement hose. I had hoped it would last as many years as the original. It works and the video on replacing is great.

After some difficulty removing old hose because my model C104A was not shown in the video and concern about breaking the handle. i had to remove both screws and carefully jiggle the handle. So far it seems to work satisfactorily.

Quality comparable to OEM part. Clear video instructions make installation very easy.

It was a little difficult to lift up the handle cover. We gently removed the second **** for a couple of seconds to slide the cover out. The video should explain this step a little bit better. But now the vacuum is as good as new.
