I gave it an OK rating because I purchased this elbow adapter to replace the one I purchased exactly 1 year ago. I was told it is out of warranty. This replacement is not well made. The plastic tongue is thin and the metal hooks on the side which hold the elbow in place in the rug and floor tool which has broken due to it being made of something similar to pot metal.
